IC *FREESHIPPING 800-515-9185 This company debited my account for $12.97 for at least a year and a half without my authorization. Internet

I discovered that this company, IC *FREESHIPPING, has been fraudulenting taking money from my account for at least a year and a half. This was not an authorized transaction.

This company is guilty of not doing good business as it never notified me of its kicking in its services when purchasing goods online. I have Amazon Prime for which I receive free shipping on most of my items. I would never have subscribed to this dubplicate service when Amazon Prime does the job. 

I do not purchase a lot online. So far this has cost me over $200. I do not purchase enough online to warrant that much cost for shipping. It has not saved me anything.

This is not doing good business.

I discontinued the service (6/6/2016), and they plan to add one more service charge before they cancel.

Thanks for support you can offer to me as a small customer who was taken advantage of by a company that does not apprise its customers' of its practices to debit their accounts for no actual service.
