COMPLAINT #1

I have been trying to get service on my treadmill for the last 3 weeks. I called Icon's 800# and waited approximately 25 minutes before someone came on and said they'd call back. Two days in a row, no one did!

COMPLAINT #2

Icon finally gave me the name of 2 companies in the Bay Area who would service my treadmill.
TWO & 1/2 WEEKS LATER, 3 MESSAGES LATER--NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!!!

COMPLAINT #3

I called Icon today and a rep refused to hand out the name of a president or CEO to whom I could complain.

DON't BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU CAN'T SELL A PRODUCT THAT CAN'T BE SERVICED. I AM NOW FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY FOR UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

ICON HEALTH AND FITNESS PROFORM, NORDIC TRAC in Logan Utah Doesn't stand behind their products, no customer service, and doesn't back loyal employees, fires anyone who is injured and wont pay doctors, even their requested ones. They try to starve you out. So their human resource skills and product skills have at least one thing in common..they have no skills or class. customer and employee service are in the toilet. maybe that's why they don't produce working products. disgruntled unhappy employees = unsatisfactory workplace ethics. the company is greedy and only cares about their bottom line!! for a fitness place who is supposed to care about the health of our people, they sure use the bait and switch alot. logan, Utah
