CUSTOMER BEWARE!
The owner David Rabern always says he was an undercover CIA officer at the Bay of Pigs. (TOTALLY BOGUS) Ask him about his wife that THAT WAS CHARGED WITH MURDER OF HER STEP SON IN SOUTH DAKOTA. Then ask him about his son who runs the business that SPENT 4 WEEKS IN THE ARMY AND BRAGS THAT HE WAS WITH THE GREEN BERET IN IRAQ.
After you have those questions are answered ask him about the $100's of thousands of dollars he has ripped off from desperate clients.
Be certain to ask him where he got his certificates, how much he paid for them and verification of his government services.
These guys have had hundreds of complaints through the Arizona Dept of Public Safety who supposedly PI licenses. Why they have not been shut down or sued is beyond me.
Most folks even some attorneys are scared of this idiot for no reason.

ICS World here. All of our private investigators are licensed. We do not have hundreds of complaints in the Arizona Department of Public safety and have not ripped off clients for 100s of thousands of dollars.
