I also was part of this company, I was not there when the loan mods where available but my recruiter try to recruit me during this time frame telling me it was an easy way to make money and I did not need a license to sell them. I read one of the rebuttals writing here and even though you didnt push the product or item, up-lines where still getting paid. Wouldnt that make them as responsible for that loan mod as the agent that sold It.? So in other words you dont mind getting paid on something that you know is wrong as long as the person under you sells it?....This is the way some of this agents think, that there protected and truly if you received any type of payment from any product that consumers where victims of regardless how high on the up line you are, guess what? You also are held liable. This gave me a sour taste when I join this company, because I would hear agents talk about their clients losing their houses and I would see no action from ANY organization, meaning that trainers, marketing directorsEtc that got overrides on this loan mods and didnt push the product did not mine getting the override but did nothing to help the agent out when the client was losing their house and could not get there refund.

I was in this company long enough to realize it was just like any other MLM company, out for the benefit of the people on top and the company not the consumer. Every training, NAO, Convention, Boot Camp Etc seem more of a brain wash session than any training at all. They wanted to know numbers and productions. How many recruits you would have by the end of the week and how many points, cause we needed to move the next person up to the next level. It did not matter if the person on top knew nothing what so ever about properly advising a client on their financials.

This just did not seem right to me, I believe handling peoples money is more than just recruiting and offering your family and friends and index universal life product. This company is really giving this industry a bad name, because theres a lot of insurance products good for the consumer and for estate planning. I just felt this companys intentions are not really the clients but more the benefit of the agents, and if that those not work how they can turn and sell the agents something for them to make money.

On another note for you that say agents leaving this company are week and dont know about success, youre wrong; youre just going the easy route to make a quick buck!! And that my friend is not Ethical.
