I ordered a sweeper from a tv ad . one sweeper .when I got my credit card bill I found that they charged me for 4 sweepers. I called them and they said they would refund my money it would take 3 weeks.that was in sept and I still have not been able to get my refund. I e-mail them and they said somwonw will contact mw in 24 hours no body has.I call and they hang up on me .then I called and the number does not work. I can't get anyone to help me. and I never got a sweeper either. it's been 5 months. I've been ripped off and no one will help me.
