In 2005 I ordered 1 stormvac, waited a month before i sarted to worry. Got my Credit Card bill and the $30 vac was $389.50 becasue they charged me for 6. WHo in their right mind orders 6 vac's besides a hotel? I
n any case I canceled the other 4 and they were gonna send me one free because of my trouble. Never got a refund on my credit card or my vac's so I canceled my order and a check was to be in the mail. This was now April of 2006 and I was starting to get upset.
Since then I have called 47 times and talked to someone 3 times. All of those times a check was in the mail. But I am still out $400. I really want my money back and i am willing to whatever it takes. If anyone would like to join me in a class action suit please let me know.
If anyone has been able to get anywhere with these people please help us as well. A new phone number, an email address, a court date.. something!
