IHire Charged my credit card $35.00 without my permission! las vegas unknown

I found the Ihire website to make a resume.  After I made the resume, I was unable to download to my files unless I paid $4.99 to access my file.  I paid the $4.99, but then upon reviewing my cc statement, found out they charged me $35.00 for the month.  I called the company and they said, I agreed to the charge by paying the $4.99 and would be charged $35.00 every month until I contacted IHire and actually cancelled their service.  What service is that?  "The service that give me full access to the website".  What a ripoff...I only wonder how many people are getting charged $35.00 every month for nothing!

Wish I was rich enough to go after these scam artists! Caveat Emptor!
