illinois tollway I am accused of not paying tolls. Illinois

 September 2014 we traveled through illinois again. My friends and I hunted in Missouri with an outfitter 5 of us at $2800 each. We voted on 2 outfitters one in illinois. Guess who was the deciding vote for Missouri. We stopped outside illinois for food, gas and snacks as we have been doing after I was accused of not paying tolls. I had paid cash and have receipts which I sent copies of to illinois who would not recognize their own equipment generated receipts. I will keep pointing out the monies they keep loosing everytime we avoid tolls and all other spending in the mafia state of illinois. This trip cost them the tax on the $14000.00 plus tips that went to the outfitter and guides in Missouri instead of illinois. Keep ripping off people and keep losing money your state can be crossed on roads other than toll roads and on one tank of gas purchased  before entering your state. I will keep posting every time I do this and suggest that those who can follow my example. It will come down to you stealing from your own residents that cant get away from you and  hopefully they will stop you.
