Illinois Vehicle Insurance Channel Moore subjective crook!!! Denied me the right of being insured because of a disability!!! Chicago Illinois

I write reviews on people who are flagrant and over the edge. I did an online quote today with Illinois Vehicle Insurance. My application was processed and my payment was completed. I thereafter called Illinois Vehicle Insurance for clarity speaking to Channel Moore.  I did not want a lapse in coverage so I got coverage before cancelling my former insurance company. Channel Moore requested a copy of my insurance card or some form of declaration from my insurance company. I said O.K. even though I saw no purpose. Secondly, Channel Moore said "I notice you put disable on your online application" I stated "yes". She then told me I would have to get a letter from my physician stating that I am able to drive. I replied by saying "my online application has been processed and the payment was made. If any other documents were required I think it should have been stated before taking my money. I am not going to do it". Furthemore, I stated that I want my money back. Channel Moore replied by saying "you will have to fill out a cancellation form and this will take 30 days before the money comes back to you". I was appalled...please understand the payment has not been processed from my bank account. I called my bank and was told that charges could not be disputed because the transaction had not been completed.

I call Illinois Vehicle Insurance back and spoke to another woman who said this transaction took place yesterday. I said no Mam...this transaction happen less than an hour ago. Now lets get down to the meat of things. First of all, this is discrimination in its worse form. I was denied coverage because I would not provide a letter from my physician stating that I am able to drive. Disable does not necessarily involve physicality. This is also a violation of my civil rights  (due process). To be treated equally as any other citizen of America. If you insure one you insure all. Me having an Illinois State Drivers License and being currently insured and have been insured for the last 20 years without lapse is enough to prove I am able to drive.  And if this is not enough proof Channel Moore should take this up with the State of Illinois or a Federal Judge. When we have subjective people sitting behind the desk thinking they can control other people lives it becomes a crime and illegal.

Finally, I write reviews about people like Channel Moore every time I engage something flagrant and unprofessional. You know why? I will tell you why...years ago back in 2007 Blockbuster movies charge me $35 on my credit card for movies I had returned months ago. When I called the store a lady checked and found the movies. I said something playful towards her in reference to them being "CROOKS" and because of what they had been doing intentional she took it serious. . She called the police and I stayed in jail for 2 days. My point is and I encourage others to not go ballistic with people like Channel Moore. Do as I do...write a review. Inform the public. But make sure you tell the whole truth in detail. You see...competition is fierce in the insurance business. Channel Moore might not care if I go else where or not.
