We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your illuMask purchase. Light therapy works over time; many of our clinical subjects saw results at 2 weeks, improvement at 4 weeks, and further improvement at 8 weeks. Of course, individual results will vary.

In response to our customer's concerns, we have worked on a generation 2 design (your mask is a generation 1 mask) that allows customers to keep the mask and purchase a replacement controller for additional treatments. We are in the process of transitioning our products from generation 1 to generation 2 at our retailers. The transition process may take several months. In the meantime, our generation 2 masks are available on our website, www.illuMask.com.

We recognize that this approach does not completely solve our customer's concerns. We continue to look for better ways to lower our impact on the environment. As an example, we are looking into new plastics and new designs that allow the replacement of treatments without discarding the mask or controller. We will update our website and social media when new options are available.
