I ordered a specific hard drive based on their web site's statement that it was available. The drive is a replacement for a RAID array of 4 drives, one of which had failed. My documentation for this set-up states that all 4 drives must be identical. If their web site had clearly stated that they reserve the right to substitute a different drive for the one ordered, I would have gone elsewhere.
Their order acceptance statement hidden on their site says the following:
"we will ship a product that has the functionality and performance of the Product ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described in a specification sheet or catalog are possible."
My argument is that a 250GB PATA drive is not functionally equivalent to a 200GB SATA drive.
The drive sent was worth 1/3 the drive that I ordered,, and they refused to refund shipping when they were the ones who made the error.
Googling "Impact Computers Reviews" would show how badly they treat their customers.

After reviewing the compliant we were not able to find an order shipped to NH with quantity 2 Hard Drives. If the cusotmer could please provide and Order/Invoice number so that we can review the compliant and further assist the customer
