In January 2005 I purchased a cell phone through Imphonic Inc. over the web. This phone came with a $175.00 one hundred seventy dollar rebate due to me in March/April time frame. It is now November 2005 and I have yet to receive this rebate. Note after purchasing phone in January of 2005 the price of phone dropped $100.00 one hundred dollars. This is fraud over the web and I wonder how many other's Imphonic Inc. has sold rebates to and yet to get their rebates?

Feel this is misleading advertising, misleading refund practices Imphonic Inc. did not state it would the over a year to receive rebate.

Imphonic Inc. I still have not got rebate after three years.

After over three plus years Imphonic Inc. still has not given me my $175.00 dollar rebate. This company is very bad and some one needs to sue the paints off this company I and others will not be taken to the cleaners.

I mis-spelled Inphonic's Inc. I typed Imphonic should have typed Inphonic Inc. because of rip-off of cell phone rebate of $175.00.
