Take a burned out acid head with 20 different names (Darren, Dune, Dunae..etc) and add a bunch of young hanger on kids who are fooled into thinking they are doing something real and what do you get ? Independent Events Studios in Phoenix, Arizona.

This Dunae/Darren character looks like a leftover from teh hippie days of the 60's/70's. Hunched over, burned out, eyes like a ghoul and a memory worse then a hungover bachelor the morning after his bachelor party. He recruits young college aged kids to share his dream about a "billion dollar" production studio producing quality shows but in the real world the only thing he can produce is ideas that you need to be legally dead to like. Stupid non-professional scripts that have jokes that are 15 years stale and other show ideas that would only be understood if you were insane on crystal meth.

They "recruit" talent with craigslist ads and say all the pay is deferred but they have no professional contracts, no professional releases to sign and no clue on what they need and are doing.

The "studio" is an old warehouse with no heating or air conditioning. They power the studio with gas run generators. Really good conditions for Arizona to have camera equipment in temps over 120 inside a metal building. Also the dirty and badly lit studio is so badly setup that you would wonder why any musician, performer or possible client would not take one look and run out of the building.  Just enterting the studio takes guts as you have to either climb up some milk carton stairs or go up a "ramp" that looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The inside of the studio is hot even without lights on, stuffy, very dirty and a mess with wires and equipment all over the place.

Now they do have a website and it nicely hides the facts about the studio and the few photographs they show do not show the real studio. You can see the horrible production values in their own videos as it looks like some 10 year olds created the videos for a school project and they got a 'D' for their efforts.

The staff act very non-professional and use the studio as a chance to get dates with the talent brought in. They have no professional values or morals. They want to get young girls down to the studio for "read-thrus" and just want to trya dn lure the girls in to a bad situation.

Just what the entertainment world needs, non-professionals who want to use the lure of a fake studio to get dates with models and talent. Avpid this people at all cost and NEVER walk into a situation without making sure you are working with true professionals who use contracts.
