Indian Jewish Council/ Richie Lipkowitz Richie Lipkowitz scam artist, hussler, gives out papers to people attending political events to get them to join with the progressives, trying to start a Queens North Chapter of NAN because the Queens South Chapter do not want them in their club, brings a bunch of strange and somewhat dysfunctional people to political events to eat free and they all dress poorly and are annoying Queens, NY New York

Richie and his pals can be seen at all political events and any events where free food and drinks can be gotten by him. He alleges to volunteer for politicians in Queens. He thinks he is really important. Mr. Lipkowitz will want you to come to his events and will give you flyers to do so. Richie has an agenda but no one really knows what it is or how he makes money. He and his strange friends all dress poorly and act strange. It is best to avoid these scam artists and to advise that they be thrown out of political events. He thinks he is part of the Progressive movement and will encourage you to attend events regarding this movement. He allegedly tries to help immigrants but seems to only help himself to free food and drink and does not have good manner.
