I am an office manager for a small sompany in Utah, and I ordered one single ink cartridge. I never got anything from them, so I decided to call the company to find out why they were never sent. I was put on hold, and was told by an automated machine that I was "Caller number 1, you're estimated wait time is 3 minutes" I waited for about 45 min on speaker phone. I also re-called the number and went to all the different prompts (i.e tech Support, press one, Sales press three, etc) they all forwarded to the same automated answering machine. The ink was a good deal, about fourteen dollars minus tax. Yet, I still never received it, and no one seems to be there to help me out with what happened to my ink!
