inmar promo services beringer wine sent in rebate for a lousy $2.00 ( cost 44 cents for stamp) sent in receipt they comes back and says date is wrong Del Rio, Texas

inmar promo under treasurywine estates said they would give me a $2.00 rebate if I would send in my receipt for a bottle of Beringer wine. I spent 44 cents for a stamp and sent it in. They sent me a post card saying the receipt did not contain a valid purchase date. they want me to spend another 44 cents and resubmit. So now I will not do any business with them or Beringer wine.
