Rebate submission for $8 (4 bottles of 14 Hands Wine @ $2/bottle) denied (received postcard). Reason given: "invalid due to reason 84 Duplicate Submission." From their website Q&A, they state: "The rebate offer in which you are participating limits the number of submissions that can be received from the same household/address/person. Your submissions exceed the allowable limit." I submitted one rebate request, by mail, on 06Jun2014, and haven't heard anything from them until the postcard today. There were no other submissions, so I'm waiting to see what they say to the email I sent to them:
I just received your postcard today which said that my submission was invalid due to reason 84 Duplicate Submission. What kind of B.S. is this? THERE WAS NO DUPLICATE SUBMISSION, I submitted my rebate request by mail on 6Jun2014, one time, so what kind of scam are you trying to run. Please inform!
