Spores101 ripped me off big time too! I bought seven spore syringe from them and all of them are leaking, sporeless garbage! Read my report and look at the pictures!

I purchased spores from sporeworks.com and sporeology.com after about two weeks of waiting for spores101 to ship my order. Both of those businesses are top notch to me. They sent my order fast, and you can see a bunch of spores in them. Check them out if you are looking for quality!

 I got four spore syringes from spores101.com aka (innersight trading) with zero spores. Contacted them several times. Even sent pictures!  Their only solution would a have cost more money without guarenteed results. You can contact them all you want. But buyer beware. Also search "spores101.com" and you'll find plenty of ripoff reports. The only place you'll see positive feedback is Shoormtalk, which is what I made my purchase based on. Didn't know they're affiliated!!

 I got 4 syringes from spores101, AKA innersight, for microscopy study and could not find a single spore!  I use a high end scope (by Zeiss) and have no trouble finding spores from other ventors (with one exception). I sent pictures of my findings to S101 and all they kept saying was "all of our syringes are viable" I've tried to post a review on Shroomtalk (I am a member) but have been unable. I will keep trying. I'm sure John is not lying. I Too Was Ripped Off!

I had the same issue with these clowns. Sold me a cheaply made mushroom chamber that is actually one of those plastic greenhouses you can buy at walmart. I called up and spoke to a guy named andy who told me that they dont accept returns just because the customer thinks the product is cheap and not accurately described. So I asked to speak to a manager and I got this complete p***k named Jeff on the phone who obviously has anger management isues and knows zero about customer service. To make a long story short, I hung up on this Jeff Baker guy and called up my credit card company and and began the chargeback process, so about a week ges by and this Jeff Baker calls me back and once again proves that he is completely insane and needs to attend anger management classes. He swears at me, threatens me and my family, etc., etc... Well, in the end the chargeback stuck and I packed up the pile of cheap garbage they sent me and I got to learn a valuable lesson.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH www.mushbox.com or www.spores101.com you will be sorry that you did!!!

Is among the top most reputable mycology companies in the business. If you are not satisfied with the product they offer a full refund. I have ordered from them for over four years and never had a problem with them charging me more than I ordered. They did have a problem with the magazine they were making, but it got canceled and they offered everyone their money back. I am a member of the Shroomtalk forum you can go here www.shroomtalk.com/forum where Mushbox.com and Spores101.com are sponsors of. This is a place where you can see other testimonials from members like me who have ordered from them as well. They offer multiple contests there where they give hundreds of dollars worth of prizes every month. They would not be in business for this long if they were not a stand up company as you say they are. I hope you can get past this isolated incident you experience with them so you can enjoy the fruits of labor when you use their products. I am sure you did not even contact them to settle the situation. I suggest you do so, then you can resolve the problem.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with Shroomtalk and Innersight Trading but coming on this website and making up false accusations is not going to make you feel better.

Innersight Trading has been around since 1999 and has thousands of satisfied customers and many successful websites. You don't get to that point by ripping people off, you get there by providing quality products and excellent service.

If we truly were ripping people off and constantly re-billing there credit cards I am sure there would be many more of these reports don't you?

I am 100% positive that you are just disgruntled because Shroomtalk Magazing had to cancel the last issue.

This was due to many factors and EVERY SINGLE person that made a transaction for that issue was refunded. Nobody was double charged and nobody's credit card was billed without the customer approving it.

If this was not the case then we would be shut down by our credit card provider as they do not allow that kind of illegal activity. All you would need to do is report it to Visa / MC / or amex whatever card you had and they would immediatly shut us down for the fraudulent transactions.

But that never happened.. and it never happened because this situation being reported here never happened either.

Anyone who ordered something from Shroomtalk either got what they ordered or was refunded. NOBODY has ever been double billed or ripped off by Shroomtalk and Innersight Trading.

Innersight Trading has a very detailed and reliable satisfaction guarantee that they implement for every website and transaction. If you are not satisfied with what you received you can request a full refund and it will happen. It has happened for every single customer that has requested it.

If you actually were ripped off by Innersight I would ask you to prove it.

How can you prove it? all you need to do is provide an order number that you actually created an order with Shroomtalk in the first place.. then I can show you the refund receipt showing that we did in fact refund every customer that was applicable.

I find it very sad when people go out of ther way to make up false accusations and try to badmouth a business when they have in fact done nothing wrong. I know it causes frustration when you don't get what you want but you can't lie about it and exaggerate the situation.
