Innovative Merchant Services Processed My Customers CC and Kept the funds Calabasas California

Innovative Merchant Services (IMS) agreed to process our customers credit cards and did process our customers credit cards - then claimed to have made mistake in doing so - and now IMS is holding that money. Our customers have paid for something they will now not get because the vendor they bought the product from (us) did not receive their payment. That is wrong wrong wrong!!!

Our customer bought a travel package from us, IMS took their money, and now IMS has their money and becasue IMS will NOT release the funds our customer does NOT have the product AND IS OUT THE MONEY. That is not right and they know it but the custoner service people we talked to was arrogant totally un-professional.

in over 10 years of running credit cards we have less than 1% refunded or refuted. We do not deserve being treated as a threat!! they agreed to accept cc's from our customer and has ripped us both off!!

ims neees to release our funds so we can supply the product and we all win. If they don't we are considering taking legal action!!
