Inphonics ripoff DENIED MY 460.00$ REBATE WHITE BEAR LAKE Minnesota

I bouth 4 new phones frome Inphonics 3 mot. v600 & one sony, I place my order on 08/07/04 . All phones arive on time & I activated on 08/13/04 .I hade one rebate frome T-mobil 100.00$ witch I receved on time.As soon as I recevied my 3th beling statment I send to Inphonic rebate department all the paperwork that they requied & my 1st , 2nd & 3 th stetm.

My 2nd invoce showes that 1st one pade & 3th one showes tht 2nd bill was paid only 3th one showes due , If i had to wate my 4th bill it is inposibel to meat ther 120 days requied time limit.

I was then sent a letter informing me errors pd (postmark date does not fall within required timeframe included on form) letter mailed 11/16/2004 errores (the information received is invalid or incomplete.1st ,2nd & 3rd wireless bills showing all previous balances paid are required . Bills must be dated within 120 days after activation .separate copies of these bills must be submitted with each rebate claim form.

As soon as I recived ther latter I call T-mobil & reques
a latter that showes I paid all my bills . I recived that latter I don't remaber exact date but I mailed it to them asap.

I call to rebate department on Jan.6 to see if evrything is in oder & how long it will take for my rebate.the representev told me that all the forms are in order & I have to wate for oval office to aprove my rebate witch will take 6-8 weaks.

I receved one latter mailed 1/14/05 that I am missing a copy of guide to wireless service .I call back to see if they will send me copy of guide to wireless service, they denied ,after calling 3 times they promes me to mail it in 6 weaks.
any way I call them 3/3/05 to see wher is my rebate.
I was told that they denyied my rebate becouse it was pass du date ,they clame that the due date was 12/13/05 .
Is been 2 weaks now I trying to explane that is not posibel to meat 120 days datline but the answer is same DENYED.

I don't want to geave up but I am going noware .
I like to see if we can sened latters to ther congresman & senatores or file class action suue.
Any help ypu can provide will be graatly appreciated.
