Inspired Silver FINALLY got a response and FULL refund!! Redondo Beach California

 I ordered a necklace for my wife for Christmas in November of 2013.  After placing order i never recieved a confirmation but my bank account showed a transaction had taken place.  After 2 days i still had not recieved any type of confirmation or shipping varification.  After numerous FAILED email attempts i decided to call the company who then gave me the run around about shipping and system issues.  I asked for a full refund and to cancel my order.  The lady "said" she processed my request and i would see a confirmation email soon.  2 days went by and NOTHING.  A friend of mine referred me to Business Consumer Alliance and said they helped with filing complaints and getting ahold of companies.  So i did just that.  Wouldnt you know about a week after i filed my complaint i got my full refund and an email apologizing for the "unforseeing" inconvenience.  If i were you i would give it a shot too.  Here is the link to their website: businessconsumeralliance.org/reviews/inspired-silver-13204799
