Instant Tax Hidden High Fees They took $ 1200 out of my check Internet

I went to instant tax after I heard them on the radio. I called the number and they set me up with a appointment. I came in and they told me I was approved for $300. They Also told me I would get 8,200 back and that I could come and pick up my check on Jan !7th. I came back on the 17th for them to tell me the irs had just opened. To come back on the 25th and it would be here. They told me I did a RAL and I would get 5000 back and the remaining amount a week after that. So of course I came back and they told me my check was there but it was for 500 I told them it was missing a 0 they told me that the bank was not going to give me that amount because they were not sure if the irs was going to give me the full amount. So I was very upset because I had so many bills. So I checked the irs website and it gave me a certain date and I went back and they still told me I had to wait. So finally I went back and the check was there and it was only for 6,340. What happen to the other 1,060. They asked was it right and I told them no they told me to fill out a form and that I would get the money back. Such liars I don't want a bunch of drama I just want the money I worked for. I have four children and my husband is a right leg amputee and he does not recieve any disability. So my job is our only income. Why should they continue to get away with constantly ripping people off.
