Item was grossly misrepresented on their website. I returned it to them with their issued RMA# via UPS.

After 80 days, no contact from them. No response to 20+ emails. Leslie Moore in "Customer Care" is the rudest person you will ever have the displeasure of talking with. She hung up on me twice, and asked me "what the hell is your problem?" on another occasion.

They first told me that I could expect a refund within 5 days. Then it was 30 days, then 60 days... then they just started blaming their system's "technical glitches".

Still no refund, and nothing but automated responses to emails.

I have filed a credit card chargeback, and will be contacting my attorney in the morning to file suit and recover expenses.

I'm sure they can't possibly remain in business long if this is how they treat their customers.

They owe us $200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It has been 2 weeks. They keep saying they have refunded the money but it is not in the bank account. We are working with Wells Fargo's fraud department on this company. This company will pay for fraud this time. They have messed with the wrong person. If you want to start a lawsuit let me know. I will gladly join it. This scam company should not be allowed on the internet! This same person you mention is the same woman who treated my wife with disrespect! They have no manners or customer service.

I should mention that when we purchased 25 cakes stands for our wedding they were supposed to be delivered to our address 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later and we recieved an email saying they did not have this item because it was on back order! What kind of customer service is this? We then asked for a refund. We find out they never refunded. We had to do it again. Again nothing. When they did finnaly refund they said payment would take 2 months! Anyway, 2 weeks later we recieved 3 to 4 emails stating we have had our money refunded! Nothing. Wells Fargo said they have did nothing! We call them up after they are all snotty and they yell at my wife and laugh at her.
