Integrated Lawn was recommended to me by a neighbor ( who recently cancelled their services as well). They made big promises of "repairing" my Lawn when my lawn was not really all that bad. They found fault with a lot of things and gave me bogus instructions of how to water. I have gone all summer with a semi green lawn that I have not had to mow because it is not growing!

With each treatment their so called technicians gave me a different story as to why my lawn was not growing. Their original "Consultant" told us many things that where completely contradicted in their news letter. When contacting Tim, the owner of this company, he absolutly refused to budge on my bill for the treatments and claimed he new nothing about the complaints we where telling to his technicians. Furthermore on my second treatment his tech told me they where using an "experimental" fertilizer.

After a phone call with the owner Tim, I got no where. He offered to come out and "assess" the problem but ONLY if I stayed on their 37.00 a visit program. I dont want these folks anywhere near my lawn now! Why would I agree to that.

Very Dissatisfied

Original report filed over a year ago, Company/Customer settled

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, September 14, 2007

This report was filed shortly after I started to have issues with this company. The employess of this company obviously never relayed my dissatisfaction of the work being done to the owner Tim S. By the time I spoke to him, I'll admit, I was a bit hard on him, however the fact remains that I was not satisfied with the work done. We have both since gone our seperate ways and it's true that Integrated has some very happy customers.

I understand now that a company is not always best judged by it's sometimes shady employess that you can get from time to time. Also a company can never know these kind of employees exist, unless they hear it first hand. I think most of the guys that treated my lawn are no longer with the company.

To further refute my original complaint, I was told by the employee that treated my lawn, the fertilizer was experimental. And to further refute, the Organization PLANET told me that they where never members. Again, this report was filed in the heat of my anger as a disatisfied customer before I spoke to Tim, and now that I look back, I probably should have taken different measures. I wish Integrated the best in their business and it seems now, they have a good set of employees due to some of my neighbor's happy lawns.

THIS FORMER CUSTOMER WAS UNCOOPERATIVE AND UNREASONABLE!

AUTHOR: Tim E Schnabel - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 12, 2007

The claims of this former customer are unsubstantiated and are a reflection of his business dealings. I feel it is my right to refute...

1. We were a member of PLCAA, Professional Lawn Care Association of America in 2002, 2003, and 2004. This organization became Planet, which we did not join, once the changes took place. I don't know who this former person talked to at Planet, but the statement made is false. We were paid in full members!

2. We never used "experimental fertilizers", and never will. I cannot say weather or not a technician said that since I wasn't present at the alleged conversation, but I can say with sincerity that our fertilizers are proven, and are manufactured by Lesco, the leader in fertilizer products for golf courses and the lawn care industry.

3. This former customer was not paying their bill, but allowed my technicians to continue to come out and perform a service that costs money. Not once did this customer call and tell me he was dissatisfied. I admit my technician should have informed me but once I knew there was a problem I began to investigate. When I asked him about his watering, he explained that he was watering well in excess of our recommendations. I explained how he should water properly and that watering too frequently saturates the root system and cuases the turf to suffocate. I also informed him that watering at night was fine, if not done every day. This is his claim of "bogus" watering recommendations. Our recommendations are based on Best Mangement Practices (BMP's) in lawn health care. He was completely argumentative and would not try and work WITH me to improve his lawn. My stance was simply that I would come out and investigate the problem, but if he wanted to be rude and uncooperative he could find another company. He chose the later.

5. I care deeply about having happy customers. As a small business owner I see people like him a mile away and it is in my best interest to let him go. We have over 1300 happy customers in Colorado Springs. In our yearly survey conducted with ALL customers at the end of the season, we average well over 4 out of 5 points in areas such as professionalism, reliability, and quality of results. You can find many, many quotes from happy customers on my website, at healthylawn.net/testimonials. We are members of the BBB and to date have ZERO compaints in over 9 years!

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, September 25, 2006

They are claiming membership to the PLCAA Professional Lawn Care Association of America, ( now PLANET). The PLANET orgization states they are not members and never have been. They are seeking to contact Integrated Lawn to have them remove the logo.
