***This is a CRIMINALITY business practice advice to the general public*** I have a pending scam like business practices on-going with (Intelly Motors, Inc.) located at (577 Pond Street, Braintree MA 02124). This business is selling cars to the general public that they (Intelly Motors, Inc.) does not have the TITLES to. To be specific, they sold me a car on 12/21/2018 that they did not have a title to without first telling me to get my consent to wait. After paying them and looking for my own car insurance, they told me they don't have the title and started giving me the run-around. They inform me today 12/24/2018 and ruined my pre-planned Christmas and New Year plans. They will take your money and then give you the run-around while the car sits on their lot. Another customer said on BBB, they used his defective car after he had returned it to be fixed.

Here are other customers reviews of this bogus business; BBB "Complaint Type: Problems with Product/Service Status: Answered 09/25/2018 On 8/16/2018 I signed a sales agreement with Intelly Motors to purchase a used **** ***** truck.

On 8/29/2018 I received notice from Intelly Motors that I could pick up my vehicle. Because the vehicle had simply needed new tires and a passenger mirror I was concerned about the amount of time that had passed. I asked Intelly Motors for reassurance that the vehicle would pass inspection. I was told, "Of course it would.” Shortly after leaving Intelly Motors I became aware that both my rear brake lights and rear turn signal lights were not working. I returned the vehicle and they told me they would fix the problem along with the Air conditioning which was not blowing cold air. On 9/14/2018, after being notified that I could pick up my vehicle I returned to Intelly Motors and took the truck. When I took the truck for the Mass Inspection sticker it failed both Emissions and Safety. The safety issue failure was front end (both front ***** joints needed to be replaced) and the vehicle was missing a safety belt. I also noticed a very large amount of oil on my driveway after the vehicle had been parked for 6 hours. I took the truck to a repair shop and was told it would need a Timing Cover Gasket, Valve Cover Gasket and Crankshaft Oil Seal. The vehicle is again back at Intelly Motors for service. It has 40 days since I signed the sales agreement and I have had the truck probably 6 days in my possession and they have had it the rest. I also have never been given my warranty papers. I was told they would be emailed to me but have not received them."

"Complaint Type: Advertising/Sales Issues Status: Answered 06/18/2018 I purchased a *** at Intelly Motors about a month ago. Picked up the vehicle about a week later and I noticed the engine was not working properly, and the light came on. I took the car back to the dealership and left it there with my plate attached to the car. Few days later, I received two tickets from EZ pass and was told that my car was being used. I went to the dealership to find out what’s going on, they apologized and told me that my car is still not ready. I made a few trips throughout the week, still nothing! I told them that I need my car for work, so at first they gave me a dealer car and attached my plate to it...I went back and told them I don’t think it’s legal for me to drive a car with a different plate, when will my car be ready...now three weeks later still not ready, so they gave me a different car to hold. Now a month later, the car is still not fixed, I’m told that the mechanic is unable to program the car, they’re sending it to a *** dealership...I went to the *** dealership, they told me that they do not have the car! I paid to register the car and paid insurance, it’s now a month later and i’ve Driven the car for about two hours since purchased! I’ve called the police to see if I can at least get my plate from them and was told the only thing I can do is take them to court.

Yelp 11/11/2018 Updated review Cars are ok here, I purchased a car from here had multiple issues from messed up paperwork to car needing to be fixed right after purchase, not really a great experience but not awful either, people there are nice but it seems like ONLY Jackie cares about really helping people out, they did fix the car, but 3 weeks after purchase, won't use them again, and recommend if u are going here BE AWARE! 1.0 star rating 12/19/2018 On October 25, 2018 I went to Intelly to check out a 2008 Scion TC that I had seen on the internet. My daughter had recently had hers totaled and was heartbroken. So I went ,with my mechanic, 1.5 hours to check this car out. There were a few problems with it but Barry of Intelly assured us they would be fixed. We agreed that I would pick it up on November 1 that gave them 1 week and was also my daughters birthday, perfect.

I showed up and Barry took the plates and told me he was taking it to be inspected, at an additional cost of $40.00. A hour and a half later he comes back and informs me its ready to go. My mechanic goes out to inspect it to make sure they fixed it only to discover nothing had been repaired. Air bag light was on, 2 tires needed replacing, emergency brake wasn't working properly, and wiper blades needed to be replaced. Seriously how did it pass inspection? They kept the car and said I could pick it up Sunday. Saturday Barry calls to tell me he had lost the one and only key a replacement would be ready on Monday, but the car wouldn't be ready to maybe Wednesday. Then he tells me to come out Sunday to pick up a loaner. For the third time I make the hour plus trip only to have the salesman, Doug, ask what I was doing there. No loaner available but they would bring one to my home on Monday. No call no loaner showed up.

On Tuesday I called and told them that the car needed to be ready Thursday. I was assured they would try their best. On Thursday I called and was told they were not sure the car would be ready. I told them I would be there Thursday evening and they could either give me my car or a check for what I paid them and I would sign it back to them. After arguing a few minutes Doug's reply was "you got it." I told him I would be there at approximately 6:30 - 7 pm and was again told "you got it". When I arrived at 6:35pm the place was in total darkness. No one was there, and the car was not on the lot, we searched. Sitting there, totally frustrated, I called the Braintree police and was told that if I wanted my money back I would have to go through small claims court if I wanted the car I should come back the next day and if it was not on the lot to call the police back and file a stolen auto report.

I called Intelly the next day and neither Barry nor Doug would come to the phone. I was told, thru the receptionist, that the car would be ready that evening but they were not sure the time. I replied that I would pick it up Saturday morning stressing that it really needed to be there. On Saturday I took my 5th trip to Intelly. Doug saw me and immediately said he had to go get the car which he did. Then it was explained that it still needed the tires replaced, which they would pay for. Off to Town Fair Tire we went with their Service Manager and he did pay and left. Sitting there 30 minutes later one of the techs told me it would be a four and a half hour wait. Home we went, I had to go to work, and my daughter had to return for a sixth trip to pick the car up. I noticed 3 additional things: key was the original and wipers were never replaced and where the hell did they take my car to service it?
