 i read the refund policy before purchasing chairs from this company and it states a 30% re-stocking fee + shipping and handling fees incurred would be taken out of the refund. chairs cost $399.98 + $5.99 in shipping and handling so i was expecting a deduction of $125.95 or a refund in the amount of $280. instead i received a refund for $231 because customer service claimed they kept "actual" shipping charges. It's not what the policy says and they will not address that issue. i've sent emails and called and a still no response to that, only response is a copy of the fed ex bill and charges they claim they paid, despite charging me far less. i have also filed a complaint/resolution query to paypal.

do not use this company!!! the restocking fee is outrageous. i paid 30% and never took the remaining 3 chairs out of the boxes. further, the boxes they were shipped in looked like they had been used 3 or 4 times previously and had holes in them which i documented prior to sending back and sent the pictures to customer service disclaiming any potential liabilty for damages.
