Booked flight to Cancun from Miami for over New Year's of 2016-16.  Arrived at airport to discover they had not been nor would they be flying for several days due to mechanical issues of the Russian planes they fly by order of Russian Aviation Administration.  We provided upon returning home our bank information so a refund could be sent and receipts for expenses incurred that day which the agent said would also be refunded. 

Flight was booked in 2015 for this resort stay.  Have tried calling, emailing, 3-way phone call with the credit card company and always the same response:  "Your report is being moved up to a higher level for immediate processing."  It is now almost a year with no refunds.  We always provide the case/complaint number but have gotten no results.
