Interlingua Language School (ILS) is a privately owned school whose sole customer is Sarajevo University, Economic Faculty. The owner, Edin Hadzic, has
only one goal. Make money. d**n the students and d**n the teachers. Mr. Hadzic has never taught a lesson of any kind in his life; knows only guttural English
yet claims himself savior of TESOL.
His attitude can be summed up in the following quotes: I am Tito!, Wait for Tito! Nothing without Tito! (Tito was the former Communist dictator of
Yugoslavia.) I don't care about anyone but myself.
Be careful dealing with this characteryou, as a teacher, are the means to his goal but you are a dispensable objectat a moments notice. He has been through 11 native speakers of English in the past 4 years. (Three in the last four months.) Edin Hadzic treats the locally hired teachers worse.
Actual contract clauses:
The employer keeps the right to immediately reduce the value of the teaching
hour for 30% from the monthly salary or for the entire contracted period.
The employee can not accommodate another person without the employer's
permission.
The way of using days off can be agreed upon by employer.
Internet will be used according to schedule of employer.
Should you choose to work for ILS/ Edin Hadzic: (1) Get the contract to your liking prior to purchasing transportation. (2)Be prepared to have the agreement
violated for some innocuous, unfathomable infraction. (3) Bring Vaseline!
When I told Edin Hadzic that I was leaving he accosted me (grabbed my arm) and assaulted me (threw me against the wall) demanding the key to the flat.
Edin Hadzic does not want a teacher. He wants a slave, an animal, a dog. And he will speak to you in such tones.
The classrooms and office is monitored via audio and video. Your every move will be watched and scrutinized. He will plant family members in your lessons. The
telephone in the flat was cut off, but strangely enough he could telephone the flat but it was impossible to call out. The in flat email was also cut off.
His initial letter will tell you the accommodation is included in the deal. When you arrive he will ask for 100 Euro per month. He will insist that you pay
everything. I never received any money from Edin Hadzic. I mean NOTHING! Work at Interlingua Language School at your own peril. All of this in just one month!
I take full responsibility for the words stated herein. I directly invite Edin Hadzic to prove these statements false.

Alleged Child Porn Purveyor Goes On The Run
John Dennis Clark III was a trucker, a cycling enthusiast and, according to FBI agents in Louisville, Ky., a distributor of child pornography.
According to investigators, FBI agents found thousands of
pornographic images featuring children on Clarks laptop computer.
Authorities say a majority of the images featured young boys between
the ages of 5 and 10.
Even worse, authorities discovered that Clark allegedly shared more than 13,000 images online using different Web sites.
Officials say Clark, who worked as a commercial truck driver throughout
the United States, travelled annually -- frequently to Lithuania where
he taught English.
The FBI fears that Clark is using this job overseas to prey on even
more innocent children, and they are adamant about catching him before
he can victimize more kids.
History dictates that individuals heavy in to child pornography could
become abusive towards children, said FBI Agent Tracey Riley.
Globetrotting Cyclist Could Be Anywhere
Clark, who was last seen by his boss in
Louisville two years ago, was now wanted by Interpol. Hes 6 feet 2
inches tall and weighs around 220 pounds. He has brown hair, and his
eyes can appear hazel or green.
Clark has been known to travel all over the world, including to Canada,
Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, the Ukraine and Budapest, Hungary. He is an
avid cyclist and often takes bicycle tours on his travels.
Investigators believe he has many friends in various different countries, so there was no telling where he could have been.
Agents say he had multiple passports as well and goes by the aliases Audrius Mackevicius, John Dennis Clark or John D. Clark.
On April 13, 2010, Clark was arrested in Budapest -- where he was teaching again, just as FBI agents suspected.

I wonder who was a victim, young teacher, child, women, man...? Has some young women been raped? Be careful with him. He is very tricky person. Could you imagine what could happen if he did not dismiss me. Raped teacher? O God save me of such persons! I was exposed to his lies on the internet about 4-5 years. He sent me many threaten letters. Naive and easily frightened teachers have trusted him. Some or many of them did not come. There are bad schools and managers but also bad teachers. Luckily that number of teachers is not so big.
Acctually he has been informed about contract, salary, accomodation before he had come in Bosnia. He had known and accepted all conditions. What is the aim of business? Certainly make money! He was accomodated in 65m2 flat with best conditions, not so far from the school. First day he asked me is it possible that some young women, (he introduce her in airplane) sleep in his appartment and he was "allowed". He used even jokes between us to blame me. "I am Tito"! It was ironical. People here make jokes on that subject. It doesn't mean that I support, how he said, the dictator of Yugoslavia. Yes, I have never thaught lesson because I am not a teacher but manager, economist. He wrote lies about my TESOL . I've never done it.
Many schools have had bad experiences with him :
Dear Colleagues, Take this good piece of advice and check the references of Mr. John Dennis Clark III : -vgalii@iltc.md, Moldavia, International Language Training Center Left the school without any prior notification or discussion,leaving 50 students - hanging - and creating lots of problems for the school -linkot@siol.net Slovenia, Language School, similar situation -rokiskis@kolegija.lt,Lithuania, Left the school in the middle of the term and went on a 3-month-biking tour through Europe -interlingua@interlingua.ba, Bosnia Left a TT-course 3 minutes before the start,luckily the school had checked his references and was prepared for that situation etc.......................................!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. In case you have had a similar experience please notify other schools if possible.

Dear Mr.Hadzic, Yes, Mr John Clark worked at the International Language Training Center in 2002-2003 in the position of a Teacher Trainer/TOEFL Instructor/Teacher and he conducted an 8-week (21 hrs) in-service teacher training course. As a result of the course, we hired three young teachers who proved to be a valuable addition to the ILTC faculty. The teacher training course included giving presentations, observing teachers classes and providing feedback. His presentations were always thoroughly prepared. He conducted observations in a very professional manner, and the feedback sessions with the teachers were consistently productive. His efforts in the training of new and current teachers contributed a lot to the quality of instruction at our language school and in the strengthened capacities of teacher trainees. However being a strong and shaped specialist in the field of Teacher Training and TESL, he turned to be ultimately unreliable, leaving his job early (in the middle of the school year) without a word. He broke the contract without any prior notification or discussion, leaving 50 students "hanging", and creating lots of problems for the school operation as well as reputation. Sorry for discouragement, but I would hope for the same honesty from former employers of people I want to hire. We will gladly share our syllabus for the TT course or give you a list of books we are using. Also we are open for cooperation and will be happy to share as well as to learn from each other.
