Much to my surprise, I went to the IMG affiliate website on 4-15-05 only to find that they have ceased operation. I figured out that the company was not living up to their obligations several months ago, so I have not followed the company operations for the past several months. I went to the site hoping to find that something had changed for the positive, only to find the shut down. I filed a complaint with the FTC and read the federal court information that is in progress. I am hoping to be able to submit a claim if any assets are located and sold.
