This is a follow up in the invasion of privacy.
I have just found out that my checking atm card bank card has been duplicated and someone out there is using my card to purchase food, gas and who knows what....

I have already contacted Bank of America and I have to follow up with them tomorrow to make sure that the person gets caught and prosecuted.
Somehow I have the feeling that is not just one person involved in this scam. Could it be that the hackers stoled my information from my computer???

We cannot be blind about the fact that computers are not set up with privacy settings or sold with any information to educate the consumer to be aware of what a hacker can do or obtain by using the internet and breaking the insecure computer we just bought, or the software that is to help us protect our computer or the firewall that doesn't work.

We really dont have security by manufacturers no even the big companies out there that sell software specialized to protect us like firewalls, antivirus, ect, not even the internet companies are able to provide the consumer with secure internet protection that really works, this subject has not been exposed to the consumer market either, the fact that a hacker broke in through your system and the internet provider, is actually ignored and not know how to be handle, you cannot call the police and make a report that a certain ip address or address was stamp into your system to retrieve information about you. You contact the internet provider and they dont know what to do, when you email the organizations that are suppose to be in charge of privacy policies, you never hear back from them.

An ip address can be back traced and identify to the computer of the user that just try to scan your port, send you a virus or more. This is sufficient information to identify a break into the internet provider and the computer you just bought wich has no privacy protection set up.
By buying all these products all what we are doing is supporting the no privacy market. As a consumer I clearly know that I dont pay internet service to have to watch my computer all the time worry that someone may still my bank information, I like my privacy, I expect that when I paid a lot of money for a computer is already set up with securtiy settings to protect me, that I dont have to contact the technical support to find out that I need to download a software program that works better than the ones

I thought that were better in the USA that when I call my internet provider about the subject of privacy protection is not a subject that is not known, that went I report this to the right authorities for privacy policies is not ignored, that I dont have to download a different internet browser because the one that comes with my computer is not secure and so on..... so you tell me what are you going to do about it????

Have you notice that when you purchase a computer the administrative tools settings in your computer are not set up for privacy protection against hackers or companies trying to get access to your information????
I checked three computers over the holidays out of the state in Illinois and by my surprise I found that two new computers from Dell had the set up wide open for anyone to access the computer through the internet......
One of the computers who had internet service through SBC had the same SID provided above in the settings, the owner of the computer was unaware...
I'm wondering; Do we have any kind of privacy it all???
Is easy to check restart the computer when starts before the windows flag appears start tapping f8 go to safe mode, go to start, control panel, click on administrative tools, righ click on properties or sharing computer and find all the sid's you have in your computer plus your own you will be amaze to see what you find.......sybase firewall you can download for free gives you a screen on everyone that is trying to access your computer and you can trace the ip to find the identity of who is trying to hack into your computer.
