Interstate Subscription Services dishonest ripoff fraud San Antonio Texas

The Interstate Subscription Services, Inc (aka ISS) had random college age kids going door to door in apartment complexes across Towson, MD., trying to get students to buy magazine subscriptions and support these door to door salespeople go on some trip to Europe for some communications program contest.

They failed to mention that you were bound to the subscription after signing the receipt and said that i could cancel at any time and that i would get my subscriptions within a week.

Two months passed, no magazines, and it wasn't until a phone call to the company revealed that i could have cancelled my subscription at any time had I called within 3 days, and they would not give me a refund.

To have your newly aqquired subscription sent to a new address, you must send it by mail, and in writing. Essentially, this company is complete and total crap.
