I wired 4000 dollars to INVENIRE PATENT GROUP to patent my invention and make a prototype. He has shown me no patent application, no patent number, no prototype, no presentation and he says all of this is done. He also said he has a company that wants sole rights to the invention. He wanted to show my invention in Germany on Saturday to this supposed company. Everything he has told me has been a lie. His website says he has this big staff but none of them can be reached. He is the only one answering the phone, and there is no contact information for anyone else. A woman named Mary Bender wrote up an invoice, couldn't contact her.

Luca's real name and location

AUTHOR: Dave - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, February 20, 2018

This comment is a heads up to future victims. Anybody scammed by Luca Leon Jungbauer de la Torre? His real name is Lucas Alexander Leon, he , from what I know is living in Miami, now running some phone scam. This slime ball went from INVENIRE PATENT GROUP to Excellence Health inc. and now running some two bit phone scam in the Miami area. I have invited him to my house to discuss the 4k and invention he stole from me , but the little ameba must be afraid of me. I have contacted every agency I could think of, still waiting to hear back from someone. I told the FBI they could hire me for a couple of days and I would go get him but I don't know if they would appreciate me putting Lucas in my trunk for 24 hours on the ride back. Lucas was trained to be a con at an early age, got in some serious trouble as a teen and has been keeping one step away from the authorities ever since. He suffers from narcissistic personality disorder and is a pathological liar so anyone dealing with a 21year old punk named Luca Leon Jungbauer de la Torre or Lucas Alexander Leon , beware . I would like to show Lucas my new invention I have been working on, it is a sleep aid, I call it the humpty dumpty.

Luca has been reported on a 55 million dollar scam, 15,000 and 26,000 dollar scam, oh and my 4 thousand dollars. I started dealing with Luca since the end of April 2017. I have asked multiple times for any proof of services, I still haven't received any proof of services. He makes up stories of the information being sent ,I believe he is a pathological liar and shows signs of schizophrenia . I have reported him to every agency I could think of, I have asked multiple times for his attorneys information and still nothing. He goes by the name Luca Jungbauer, Luca Leon Jungbauer de la Torre and Luca delatorre. Anyone else scammed by this guy and would like to take him to court feel free to contact me. His time is coming.

Scammer in hiding

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, October 12, 2017

After several stories from Luca Leon Jungbauer de la Torre I still haven't received any proof of what he did with my money. I have reported him to every agency I could think of. Most likely he is hiding in Cologne Germany with Joel Smolibowski. This individual could have made more money working with me, instead he went for the quick pay off. Luca broke several laws when he took money in advanced and failed to show me where my money went. I also noticed he has been reported for securities fraud and he has been reported on yelp. I hope karma pays him a visit he won't forget, he is a spineless pathological liar and he is going to screw over the wrong person one day.

Show me the proof

POSTED: Sunday, July 30, 2017

They send me a share file that has no information in it. I have a NDA with no signature. No patent application, no patent number, no presentation, no prototype, so what do I owe you? You owe me 4000 thousand dollars, and the mention of my health shows you would take money from anybody no matter their hardships . So reader beware of this ,and I learned my lesson, always have a written legal agreement and that's something else I didn't get.

False Statements Next Part

AUTHOR: Invenire PG - ()

POSTED: Saturday, July 29, 2017

Mr Dave has received the documents, as you can see below.

I asked him to forward me the citrix email that he has received two days ago, no forwarded email yet.

It seems that he tries to scam us. We have done our job & again haven't even received the full payment.

It also seems that Mr Dave tries to list his diseases to sound innocent.

We have no idea what his illnesses have to do with this transaction, is his idea trying to sue us in case he gets a heartattack?

I personally tried to call him, but he hasn't even returned our phone calls.

It was also his idea to make this public, so we have all the rights to defend ourselves in public as well as proof that we have done our job but haven't even been fully payed.

No proof

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Friday, July 28, 2017

No proof of patent search, patent application, patent number, no signed NDA, no presentation, no prototype, no working with prototype team as promised. I waited over 4 hours and your guy said he would be there, he didn't show or text me anymore that night.I gave you 4000 dollars, I wasn't going to give you all of it without a written legal agreement. Still I have no proof of anything you did. No documentation, I have all the e-mails of the false promises you made along with your prototype guys false statements. So keep on threatening me with your lawyers it's good for my heart condition, maybe I should be in fear for my life, no telling what your capable of.

False Statements Part 3

AUTHOR: Invenire PG - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, July 28, 2017

Mr Dave didn't even pay the full invoice and made us believe that he would be able to cover the complete expenses.

Though we did not receive the complete amount, our attorneys filed for the patents in multiple in jurisdictions and our team worked on the commercilization as well as the prototype.

As you can see below in "False Statements Part 2", we sent Mr Dave the requested information.

We sent the information, though he didn't even pay us the complete invoice.

Our company's legal team will handle this matter from now, as Mr Dave still makes false statements.

We didn't steal from him, we did our job and haven't even been fully payed.

No proof of the patent application, no patent number, no signed NDA, NO prototype, no presentation, no contract or agreement saying you are representing my invention so how can you show it in Europe? The only proof there is, is the wire of 4000 dollars from the bank to you. That's INVENIRE PATENT GROUP REPRESENTED BY LUCA LEON JUNGBAUER DE LA TORRE. I am 60 years old and disabled with cancer and worked hard all my life. You took the money I had saved up and now I have nothing, thanks Luca.

Scam

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 27, 2017

Luca Leon Jungbauer de la Torre didn't send a presentation or patent information. So I expect that he is going to try to sell my invention in Germany or somebody in Europe this Saturday, so buyer beware this will be a fraudulent transaction. I will post all of my e-mails so everyone will know to stay clear from you. You need to send the money I sent (4k) to my attorney REAM LAW FIRM. THIS is your last chance before I take it to the next level. Any cop, FBI or attorney is welcome to my e-mails.

You became compliant 3hrs after I posted this. I have all the e-mails and recorded conferences to back up what I am saying. An open line of communication is going to be the only thing that might salvage this business transaction. I will give another post after this is concluded.

False Statements

AUTHOR: Invenire PG - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 27, 2017

Mr Dave statements are completely wrong.

  1. Invenire Patent Group has not merged with Excellence Health. Excellence Health is a pharmaceutical company from Las Vegas.
  2. Mr Dave today received a package with all information that he requested. For some reason he wasn't able to receive emails through Citrix, a safe communication tool for data exchanges. It as been resend today.
  3. The staff can be reached.
  4. He didn't say that the company that is interested wants the sole rights. The company is interested in testing a product placement. There's a high chance if the testing was successful that the company will request the exclusive rights for a specific region (part of Europe). This statement has been made based on experience.

Mr Dave sent multiple emails within hours. It should be understandable that no one can guarantee an answer within minutes.

Invenire PG always contacted Mr Dave back.
