IREEL.com charging credit repeatedly every few days for cancelled services London, Other

I accessed IREEL.com website searching to watch episodes of Sons of Anarchy television show. I was directed to join a free trial membership but had to enter credit card number. Immediately after joing, I realized the company was not I expected and called to cancel trial membership and sent an email.

Approximately one month later I began seeing random charges on my statement from the company. I contacted company again but you never get to talk to an actual person you just enter your credit card # to cancel membership. The strange thing about the charges, is that they would attempt to charge my account for $34.95 but then since they use a foreign bank the actual charge amount would be $35.65. Every few days this has been happening to my account.

My bank's dispute department has been assisting me with the case and notified me that the company is known for this type of behavior and bad customer relations. I have had to cancel my credit card and be re-issued another card so that this "company" can no longer keep charging my card.

I feel it is poor customer service to not have a live person to talk with on the phone and that there are numerous, random amounts they charge.
