So I ordered 2 parts from their eBay store, a week later I still did not get a tracking #. Mind you I am only 30 miles away from their location in Chino. I contacted them via eBay message and asked why they have not shipped my items a week after. This liar by the name Richard Garcia went on to tell me that they are very busy and they had over 1000 orders last week so my items would ship out today. Two days go by and I did not get anything in mail....which should only be 1 day since we are 30 miles away from each other. I contact them again through eBay, I get a call from the same guy Richard Garcia, telling me my item is shipping out today and that he will be on top of it to make sure its shipped. 2 Weeks after purchase I still have no tracking # I call the guy and he says that the warehouse is very busy and my order would arrive by Monday (it was thursday when I called 2 weeks after purchase). On Monday I did not get anything in the mail or a tracking #, so I email him again asking what happend why give promises if they not going to ship it. Well they sent me a tracking number at 5PM on Monday stating that it was shipped. The next day (Tuesday) i track the package via FedEx and the FedEx representative tells me that although the label was generated they did not actually ship the item. WOW. So instead of being up front with me this scumbag wasted 3 weeks of my time waiting for the parts which they never had to begin with. I ended up opening a dispute on eBay and these d****ebags refunded me 30 minutes later. Even though I asked them numerous times if the package is going to ship if not just refund me. What a f**kin waste of time these people are. It is sad that eBay lets these idiots sell their garbage on there. Amazon wouldnt deal with these scammers so eBay takes a loss on this one. Iridium Auto Parts is a bunch of LIARS, Don't waste your time trying to save $1, there are plenty of other sellers who have same parts and ship on time without any BS. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS AND CHECK THEIR FEEDBACK...30 NEGATIVES Feedbacks and 20 Neutral in 1 MONTH and we still have 8 days in this month left.
