ISPC SUN-TEC, SUN-TEK, SUN-TECH DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!!!!!!! Odessa Florida

This underhanded morally corrupt, abusive finance company filed a lien on our property causing our home loan modification to be denied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our cherished home of 20 years is now in foreclosure: all because we bought a solar hot water heater from their sales company "Sun-Tek". We are loosing our home because we signed their userous finance contract. No where in their contract does it even hint that a levy will be filed on the property. They disquise this levy by calling it a:"UCC fixture filing security interest" LIES, LIES LIES!!

We never missed one single payment, because to miss a payment causes the interest rate to TRIPLE!!!

We were ripped off by their sales company "Sun-Tek" too. The salesman convinced us that we would save 30% off our electric bill!!! We did not save 10 cents off our bill, in fact the single element hot water heater has to work overtime to electrically heat the water if we use hot water at night, or first thing in the morning! When do you take your showers? in mid day when the sun is out? Do you come home from work to shower?!! Dont be fooled!! 

The salesman we bought from had already quit this company as soon as he realized everything they said was a lie. Everything they trained him to say and do was a "lie, trickery & deceit",.... were his words. He aplogized to us for representing this company: he explained that they trained him and other financially desperate salesman to lie. He literally broke down and cried in front of us when we revealed what we got into by signing the paperwork he presented. He said he didn't realize it was a dirty trick to convince the consumer into signing the finance contract. The balance we owe does not go down despite the on time payments!!!  We will be payiong this pack of scumbags for the rest of our natural lives!!

Do not sign anything!!!!!! ........................... ..... You signed it, you own it!!!!

The lies started when the unsolicited phones calls come in from the Sun-Tek boiler room in Clearwater! Everything this organization of morally corrupt theives tell you will be a lie. If they are talking.... they will be lying.

The real product is a userous finance contract that is carefully designed by the attorneys to cheat you out of your money. They have no compassion ,or concern for you as a fellow human being. You are nothing but a target, and another victim, waiting for their fangs to rip you apart!

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING FROM ISPC, SUN-TEC, SUN-TEK, SUN-TECH, OR WHAT EVER NAME THEY COME UP WITH NEXT TO HIDE THEIR TRUE INTENT.
