I purchased thru their website thanksgiving 2018 2 pairs apple airpuds at $98/pair. I did not receive them. I contact them a couple of times and they said they would look into it. Then out of the blue they contacted me and said that they would like to give me a refund but found that there was a fraud report on them at my bank PNC for the transaction and that they could not refund me unless I had the bank remove it. Yeah right.
I told them it was removed and still nothing. It's now February 18/2019 and still no monies. I had previously contacted the company that they used to take my payment "Shopify" and they said it was not their responsibility to police their merchants and would not do anything to help me with this situation.
