iTunes iTunes is a ^%#$^# scam! They will disable your Apple ID for no reason!!!!! Internet

iTunes is Apple's biggest scam on the planet!



I have been an iTunes member since 2006.  Two days ago, I had trouble using my credit card to pay for a couple of songs, so I called customer support and they said they would have the problem fixed in 3-4 hours and I should expect an email at that time.



I come home nearly eight hours later and not only is there no email except for an iTunes receipt, my Apple ID has been disabled.  This really began to get me steamed because I had already purchased a $50 iTunes giftcard.  Nobody would do anything- all they did was play the infamous com game of "Pass the Buck".  They kept refusing to help, sometimesto the point of shouting and becoming abusive, which got me shouting back. 



At one point, I got so annoyed with their lies and their games that I refused to hang up until this situation is fixed.  The only reason I had to hang up is that my phone battery was about to die.  Someone in Customer Relations named Alicia tried to help, but so far, her efforts are in vain as my Apple ID is still disabled!



Fast forward to now, nearly 36 hours after the initial contact to iTunes and my Apple ID is still disabled, so I guess Alicia's claims that she would do something were more lies from Apple to pacify me.  Do not become an iTunes member because it is a really big scam Apple perpetrates on the public!
