I shipped my car with J & J moving company, they are the worst company to trust, level of customer service is 0. It took them over 8 weeks to deliver the car and all they did is promising that it will get here the following week because of the truck driver being out of reach.
I finally found the car was parked in their parking lot for 7 weeks and then shipped. I then got a call from the truck driver advising that they have lost my keys and that we have to meet infront of the dealership to get a replacement. They had to manually push my car off the truck and pull in the dealership.
The Truck Driver did not pay for the cost of the keys. I ended up paying 700 out of my own pocket and to date its been 2 months and did not get a refund.
Recommendation: Never ship your car with them, they are the cheapest around Ontario and the above is the reason.
