J D Buyrider - CNAC FINANCING ripoff Murray Utah

My husband and I started financing a 2001 Ford Taurus SE with J D Byryder and CNAC in 2004. We we started off having a problem with the financing(our fist sign and what should have been our last sign that they were crooked). When we had finished signing the contract the first one that they had shown us had stated that our payments would be due on the 5th and the 20th of every month until it was paid. When we finished signing all the paperwork we had found out that they had gone back in and CHANGED the date. We brought this up to the finance manager(at the time) and he said that he would see to it that it would be changed at once. He also stated that he would put a note about it into our file and that way everyone would know and there would not be any penelties to us. That was all fine and good and infact he did put he note on our account and for the past 6 months we have done just that. We have faithfully paid ON the 5th and ON the 20th of EVERY month. There haven't been any problems.....until now!!!!

I received a call from the finance Manager saying that we are 3 payments behind and that we need to pay them now or have the vehicle repoed... WHAT!!! ??? I didn't know what to think. I had never heard a single word about this until right now. The only time we had ever got a call fromJD BYRIDER OR CNAC was to confirm that they had put our payment through on our debit card ON THE 20th AND ON THE 5th!!!! On this phone call we were also told that are payments were suppost to be paid every other week NOT on a set date. And because we where only paying on the 5th tand 20th that was why our car was now 3 payments behind. They also fully acknowledge that they had the note in the account that we were supposed to pay only on the 5th and 20th but since we DID sign a contract stating that we have to pay bi-weekly, that that is what "they" have decided "we" need to START doing now. Doesn't sound right to me. Aren't "they" supposed to be held to the verbal contract "we" had(at time of puchace)?And they have until now agreed to do just that.I don't know maybe it is my fault for not making them make the changes right then and there to begin with. What's a girl to do? After I had bought the car I have heard from other people I have come to know that also purchased cars from JD BYRIDER and CNAC that they have ALL had similar experiances eather with the contract and/or warranties left ignored. Anyway all I am saying is do yourself a favor DON'T BYE A CAR FROM ANY BRANCH OF THE J.D. BYRIDER and CNAC COMPANIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the end they are all money grubbin liars and scam artist and will continually prove it!!!!!
