J-mar Championship belts Joe Marshall No product after 14 years Columbus , Ohio

I have a friend that ordered a "sale" belt from Joe marshall in 1998.  All things that Joe states about not bothering him have been followed to the tee for the last 14 YEARS!!!!!  My friend did not want to post here because he is holding some silly glimmer of hope that he will some day get this product.  Well I couldn't stand it any more.  What business sales you something and takes 14 years, 14 YEARS! and still hasn't delivered the product?  Mr. Marshall can defend his actions anyway he sees fit, but there is no defense of this type of business practice.  My friend has never once bothered him or complained he is just waiting, waiting patiently for a product that will NEVER COME!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MAN UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE HIM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!!
