Jamie Allen took money for new roof in Jan 2010 and we agreed to wait until the weather got better to put on roof. She call in March and said roof would be installed on a Sat. she did not show up, kept calling and she called back and scheduled again. That time passed, the third time was a good. Roof got done but she did not finish because the contract also said she would do metal carport roof also. Called her until her phone mail box was full. This has gone on for 6 month, but I will not give up. Send her a cetiified letter, then she called and said she was out of town (again). I gave her until next Friday to get done, she called and said someone will be out Tues. to measure and install. We will see. I have called area news and hope to get story out.
I forgot to said after roof was installed he man she hired came by my house and ask for money because Jamie Allen did not pay them. I told him I paid Jamie and he would have to talk to her.
Sorry for such a long post but don't let her do your roof. She is a good talker and promises you a good job. :(

This is a update on my report - I had roof rats (I know that is bad) and I paid Arrow to fix house and close all opening into house. That included metal around my house to block open area under roof and told Jamie Allen about it. I told her I wanting roof to be installed on a Sat. so I could be home to make sure metal did not get messed up. She said OK. Of course that did not happen. She ended up putting on roof during the week why I was a work. Jamie Allen said she would be at my house the whole time they were here and would make sure her crew was putting on roof and not messing up to metal. She was not there when they started tearing off old roof and was only there a very short time and that was to go and get roofing material. She had to go leave 2 time to get supplies. Then she left early and when home. Her crew stayed and did roof. Of course only 1 spoke english and not very good. My son was home and called me and told every thing that was going on.
Arrow came over to check and make sure that I was not have any touble with roof rat because the house was under warrenty, but now since Jamie Allen's crew messing up the metal Arrow will not cover the warranty unless they reinstall the metal correctly. Called Jamie Allen and told her she will have to pay to have metal installed. She said she would be at my house Tuesday and see the metal her crew messed up and a new company would be there to measure the metal carport to have installed. I think this is the 3rd or 4th company to stall carport roof. We will see if it happens.
Also about a week after roof was installed one of the guys came over and left note saying Jamie Allen did not pay them and wanted money. I ask Jamie Allen about this and she said they were meeting with them later. Don't know if she paid them or not, I did check to see if a had a lien place on my house and so far I don't.
