My sister just had her taxes prepared by Jackson Hewitt in Weirton WV. She ended up receiving copies of some one elses taxes. She has the other parties Name, SS#, address, phone#, place of employment, checking acct numbers...She has no clue of what has happened to hers and is not getting straight answers from Jackson Hewitt. Think twice before using these people, it could ruin your lives. Hers might be. Looking for advice about her rights.

This is unacceptable and should be reported to both the corporate office (national) and also to the Better Business Bureau in your area. The corporate office will contact you and get the information and will address the issue with the franchisee owner of the office.
