I posted a Help Wanted jobs in Craigslist for a landscaper, which included cutting weeds and chopping down trees. Jacob Ward answered it and said he could do it. He seemed like a polite young man but, once he was hired, he was full of excuses for why he couldn’t finish the job. He had to stop work early to pick his girlfriend up at college. He charged a $25 fee to haul the waste to the landfill but he dumped it near an elementary school. He misplaced the gas can for the chainsaw and couldn’t finish the job. Him and his brother still insisted on getting paid. 

To make matters worse, they broke into my basement and stole computer equipment and electronics. If he answers your ads for general labor please don’t hire him. He’s a grifter who will break into your home and rob you blind.
