Jakob Advisors Took my money and now i am fighting for it back ripoff Winnipeg Manitoba

i had filled out the online application that was referred to me by a good website. i filled it out and di not hear anything for about a week. So finally a recieved a call from Shantell Hartford. She told me that i was approved for loan up to $20,000 but i could get as little as $10,000. She told me that i would have to send them a 10% of what ever i decided to to take. i choose the lower about $10,000. She said i would need to send 1000 to them i told them that i did not have that much and got them down to 750.00 i borrowed the money.

i faxed them all the dos they needed. SS card, drivers, paystub, and a copy of a bill which i had blacked out certain information. I faxed them over to her and then the next day i got the loan docs. I filled them out and then faxed them back to her. She said once i fax them back to call and ask for the accounting department. I did and spoke with a lady named Barbara. She told me i had to send via money gram the 750.00 and make it out to Amanda Jones, she is the chief financial officer and that to make it out that way to her would save me money on the fees that if i would send it to the company o would have to pay almost 3000.00 in fees. so i thought that was nice she was helping me out.

Well on called on that monday because they said that i would have the monye between 3-5pm i double checked to see what time i could expect the money same thing 3-5pm. then at 4:45pm i called to see why i had not seen the money yet and she told me that they had been notified by someone that i had signed with another company and that because of this i had put up a red flag and that i was defrauding the company. they wanted me to send them another 750.00 which i did not do.

I had called a friend and he helped me look them u and he told me they were a fraud. So i called jakob advisors back and talked to the manager Jonathan, (what a jerk) he could not answer any of my questions and i could not talk to anyone else because supposley they were gone. i told him that he is a fraud, he got very defensive and told me to watch what i am saying.

so i think i called 15 times with in an hour i was upset and pissed off. Finally the next day i talked to barb in accounting and she was just as rude and she said that i would receive my money back in 10-15 days. so i told them that i had reported them to BBB and i had called the crime divison. she just said is that all you have to say and hung up. in the mean time i have called back almost every day trying to speak with shantell and i all get in jonathan telling me to stop calling. and so on friday o called wanting to know the status of my money and said that in 10-15 days i should receive my money and maybe a little after depending on the mail.

so my 15 days are almost over. i hope i get it i have had to borrow money from my mom and have had to pawn certain personal items since they have screwed me over.
