James Fosbinder Fosbinder took $9450 from us for two cases and did absolutely nothing. WAILUKU Hawaii

James Fosbinder took $4500 from us to file an action to restructure our mortgage. I'm also aware he took the same amount from several hundred others. He did nothing for us, did not write a letter or file an action or even make a call on our behalf.  And did not refund us any money.  He totally ripped us off. 

While that was in progress and we were unaware that Fosbinder was going to rip us off, we contacted him regarding another case to represent some people who were having legal problems and he was going to do an action to prevent them getting arrested. And once again Fosbinder did nothing, did not file any actions, didn't even write a letter or make a call on the behalf of the clients. We gave him $5000 as a retainer and he ripped us off.

As far as I know none of the other people in the Mortgage Fraud scheme Mr. Fosbinder was conducting got their money back and a couple people quit working for them, left in disgust (from what I heard. This is a small town so that's probably accurate).
