JAMES GISSIRE Jim Scammed $200 for concert tickets Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

I was scammed by this con as well.

It started when my friend Kelly saw his ad on craigs list for tickets to Starscape in Bmore Md. I originally only wanted one, but he "had twoand wanted to sell both." So I found a friend who was down to go also and I told him I would take both. 

He did the same deal with using Western Union. $200 for two tickets. Same sad story of being injured and having to go to rehab, couldn't go to the show. Western Union was closed that night, the next day I went to one by my work and their systems were down.  Finally after work I went to another and it was a go. We set it up, except it was a little odd that he had the name as Justin Trodun. He also did the secret question, "Name of Dog," answer "Ruff."

He was "sending" the tickets for free from his work. I was going to NYC for the weekend and he said somebody had to sign for them so we put it in my roommate's name. Delivery was supposed to occur between noon-3PM. My roommate called to say it hadn't arrived so I called him. He said he would call and have it changed for pickup.

When I got back from NYC, I spent the next three days trying to get a hold of him. After many texts and calls (he would answer, but be on his lunch break and was going to call back. Of course he did not and I would call after I got off work.) Every time I called he would say hang on and then not come back.

Now he does not answer any calls or texts. That is when I googled his number and found this site. That is when I found my proof that he was a true scammer. 

I am still going to the event after a friend gave me a ticket, but I am out the $200 plus $12 for the Western Union fee.
