James Henriksen was originally the owner of Blackstone Tucking llc and Blackwell Crude LLC. He was run off the reservation and run out of the oil industry because of his past and suspected current criminal activity along with not paying drivers for their work and threatoning them when they complained about it. He would routinely offer to pay off the drivers with a lower settlement in order to keep millions of dollars.
He has now come back to the reservation with Bridgewater Energy LLc which was openned in Washington and has a registered agent in North Dakota to dupe oil companies into letting him do work with their companies. He is driving tucks on site and running operations in North Dakota at this present time.
He has a history of defrauding investors and contracted truckers who work for him. He repeatedly broke his probation requirements while he was on probation with the justice department in Oregon is little as 2 years ago. The only reason they couldn't do anything was because they found out about it right after he had gotten off of probation. He was out of their juristiction.
He has NO BUSINESS being involved in any business, let alone businesses in the oil industry and because of his violent past no one around him is safe, which is why I am posting this anonymously from a different state.
I am posting some documents to show the kind of person James is. Sarah Craveling is also complicit in that she knows everything James is doing and has been supporting him and covering his tracks.

I have noticed that on the initial showing of the PDF's from drop box that where the highlights are located you can only see the yellow highlights and no wording. Here are the jpeg pictures of those files so they are easier to see.

These are public documents. I don't usually like to dwell on other's pasts, especially when they have "paid their debts to society." And had James done his time and his probation and moved on to a different life I would definitely leave things in the past. However, he is continuing in his criminal activity and it is just a part of who he is. If you met him in person you would certainly like him, and Sarah too. However, in the back of their minds they are probably plotting out a way to either take your money or screw you over somehow. They are a danger to anyone they come in contact with both physically and finanacially!
