James Merritt Con artist, deceiver, malicious, ripping off senior citizens costa mesa, California

James Merritt, (see photo below) is what would be considered a "two-bit" con artist. He seeks out the most vulnerable and weak to prey on: The elderly, women, etc. His latest scams have been in the home
modification business, and may now be working with an attorney to ply his trade.

He typically runs with known drug users and drug dealers, and claims to have graduated from Lakeridge High School Class of 2004, Lake Oswego, Oregon, when in fact he is a high school drop out, which is evident by his low IQ.

If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of coming into contact with this thief and con artist, don't walk, RUN as fast as you can.

He has also been known to give hard luck stories to people in order to secure a place to live, only to wind up stealing from the people that helped him, and then pawning his ill-gotten gains at the nearest pawnshop.

He usually wears long sleeve shirts to hide track makes in his arms and is a known heavy drug user.

If you do find out that he is your roommate and you have children, it would be wise not to leave them alone with him.
