I attended a online webinar on 4-22-2013 that showed a person making $29,888 from posting photos on Pinterest. I ordered the program because it said a there was a RISK FREE MBG for 30 days! But when I ordered I was not even given access to the software! I had to email support and get access a day later! I then went into the program training videos and tried to get the program to work like it showed in the training but software was not working at all like it showed in the videos. It was not working at all period. I contacted support on this and they simply said just stop and wait for a training webinar that was going to be on 4-26-13 that was 4 days before I was even able to try the software out. When I did attended the webinar I had problems with getting the software to work even then, but finally got it to work. I then started to try to use it and problems started instantly! I then tried and tried to use the software but never with any success! I then emailed support on 5-6-13 requesting my refund and Jani G replied to me and told me again "Remember you have a full 30 days to try this out risk free". but then the huge problem started with the refund when I told them that I was having problems and showed them the screen shots they just refutted it and said there was no problem and that it was something I was doing wrong. I then told them that it was not what I was doing but what the software was doing. I told them that I used the exact same posting on Pinterest manually that the software was suppose to do automatically with no errors! But yet again nothing just lies and no help. I had to contact my attorney to get them to help, but yet again nothing this company promises you a 30 day MBG guarantee but when someone actually asks for it, then they just say no and change the MBG. I sent them the verification showing the 30 day MBG that I was offered, but they just refutted that as well and said, it was only 30 days if the software was malfunctioning, but even though it was what I said was just fell on def ears. Never in my time of ordering a program that gave me a MBG have I been treated with such disrespect! I would like to warn people off of ordering any program that Jani G offers! He will not give you any money back if you ask! He will just tell you NO and change the MBG around to help him out. Now I wonder if he really does make this money that he showed $29,888? If he was making this much money on a monthly basis, it makes a person wonder why he was refusing a measly $800.00 return? I mean come on if I was making that much money on a monthy basis, a small little $800 return would not bother me in the least! JUST BUYERS BEWARE! Never purchase a program from Jani G if you want to try out the product? If you purchase make sure you are ready to lose your money! I will never buy anything ever again from Jani G! He is a scammer and a very bad person!
