Jason didn't see his daughter while she was out here because Chantell said her phone wasn't working properly and wasn't getting his messages, but wouldn't let him see his daughter because he wanted to bring his wife and other daughter with him. Chantell only let Jason's mother see her. Since Jason doesn't have parental rights, and ANOTHER MAN  is on his daughter's birth certificate, he has so legal recourse and can't go around shadowing Chantell and her children without Chantell calling the police, and Jason suffering legal ramifications for it. I saw with my own eyes Jason making call after call and leaving messages to no avail. Women who wield their children as weapons and ask for pity and sympathy on Rip Off Report should think twice. All of the mistakes and decisions are not so one sided. Jason is actually a loving and Christian man. His girlfriend at the time his child was born cheated on him with two other men, and she didn't know who was the father. She kicked him out of the house they were living in (where he had helped take care of her other two children) She took advantage of him to the tune of about $4000 and had another guy she was dating move in with her. Later, when they got evicted, it went under Jason's credit. She told him two years later that he was the father, but by that time he thought she was just a liar. When he tried to get in contact with her about two months later to try and do the right thing and figure out if this child was really his, she had moved to another state. When the child was five, she decided to try and wreck his marriage by sending him letters telling him how she was still in love with him and to move away and come be with her, and writing letters to his parents to let them know about the child, without even letting Jason tell them. Through the wonders of the internet and paternity tests being so much easier, we have discovered that this child is his. The mother doesn't want to go through the courts or have Jason claim this child legally because she also told her ex-husband that the child was his and now he pays child support. When the mother moved from Michigan to California Jason was so excited because he would finally have a chance to see and have a relationship with his child. But the mother being bitter and full of anger would not let him see the child, and wouldn't even return his calls. His wife even agreed not to go with him to visitations for the sake of his relationship with his child, even though the mother has no morals and could not be trusted. She moved back to Michigan without ever letting him see his child. Jason does email his daughter as much as possible, and would love to have her in his life, but the mother has made this impossible. She sends her friends to agitate and harass him, but will not let him do the right thing. As for his wife, she bears no ill will toward his daughter, and would actually enjoy having a relationship with her too, being that her daughter is only a year younger, and the more love you give, the more love you have! Jason has been a Godsend to his wife and daughter. We are so willing to have this child in our lives. Jason struggles with the pain and loss of this everyday and will for the rest of his life, or until his daughter can make decisions for herself, and leave the anger and bitterness of her mother behind to have a full and loving relationship with her father by something besides email. I hope that this makes things a little clearer, and the people making accusations about Jason can understand the hurt they are causing this innocent child.
